Qualified individual will be responsible for corporate-wide SQL Server database administration and control in a high availability environment. You will also be responsible for the design, creation, enhancement, review, and execution of DTS packages, data modeling analysis and verification with development or support teams, stored procedures for standalone use or for use by application programs, triggers, and database schemas. As an administrator, you will implement, maintain, and document policies, procedures and standards to ensure security and integrity of test and production.
REQUIRED:
-4+ years experience data modeling and migration.
-Clear understanding of SQL Server RDBMS fundamentals.
-Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005 experience required.
-Experienced supporting production SQL Server 2000 / 2005 environment.
-Strong T- SQL skills.
-Extensive experience in performing SQL Server performance tuning and troubleshooting.
-Extensive experiencing utilizing SQL Server native tools.
-Experienced in Windows Operating Sysstem fundamentals and basic troubleshooting.
-Experience with production environments requiring continuous uptime.
-Experience using database monitoring tools.
-Ability to work independently on tasks.
-Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
-Excellent written and oral communications skills.
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

MS Certifications
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
