To qualify, individuals will have experience in the following:
Required Experience:
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to mentor and lead others
Excellent presentation and interaction skills
Ability to quickly grasp problems and solve them using a variety of tools from Microsoft
Ability and desire to interact with higher level business managers and executives to understand requirements and translate them into systems that streamline business process
Outgoing, flexible, willing to take on multiple responsibilities, works well under pressure and reacts quickly with appropriate responses
Required Technical Skills
2+ years of experience with enterprise content management (ECM) solutions
Experience with compliance initiative
Experience mapping business process and workflow
Experience with workflow software
Highly Desired:
SharePoint Designer
SharePoint 2007 developing custom web parts and Workflows (or ability to learn)
Lotus Notes
Window Workflow Foundation
InfoPath Forms
Excel Services
Reporting Services (SSRS), Integration Services (SSIS) and Analysis Services (SSAS)
.NET 2.0 and 3.0
C# or VB.NET (emphasis on c#)
ASP.NET 1.1 and 2.0
SQL Server 2000 and 2005
Experience developing applications using C# and ASP.NET
Experience with Visual Studio 2005 and ASP.NET in a Project environment
SPS / WSS and Office Integration
Content Migration to SharePoint Portal Server 2003 & MOSS 200
70-630 certification
