InfoTech Resources is seeking candidates for a Business Systems Analyst. This is a direct hire position in Charleston, SC. The Business Systems Analyst will work on the Business Information Systems team in the Charleston, SC office. This is a team-based work environment which requires strong communication skills, respect for others and a positive work ethic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Systems Analyst is responsible for providing functional leadership and support for key business systems, predominantly Oracle 11i E-Business enterprise resource planning and manufacturing systems.
SKILLS ' FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL:
-Knowledge of Inventory, Materials Planning and Work-In-Process process areas
-Oracle 11i Manufacturing Application Modules (INV, WIP, MRP)
-Gather and analyze business requirements as well as compile functional specifications for 3rd party development partners
-Work with technical support teams and end users to resolve production problems and issues
-Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure stability and operation of interfaces to systems
-PL/SQL and Oracle Discoverer
-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Business/Engineering or equivalent experience
-5+ years pertinent experience
-Functional business experience outside of IT a plus

-Liaison with business functional leads to identify and address requirements, issues, and opportunities for leveraging and improving business systems, clarifying expectations, and delivering business solutions
-Liaison with global business process owners
-Act as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement
-Lead requirements gathering and process mapping sessions
-Work with business leads to define and enhance processes and solutions
-Actively champion diversity and seek opportunities to improve diversity in our business
-Comply with all legal and ethical standards and behavior expected of a World Class business
-Manage project work of 3rd party development partners, both on-site and off-shore.
