We are looking for a seasoned electrical engineer with solid test and integration experience for a client in the Denver area.

Title: Director Integration and Test
Location: Denver, Colorado (Tech Center area)

Compensation: Base salary is open, but we are targeting $95-110,000. Casual
environment and flexible hours in a nice suburban location. Good benefits.
Relocation assistance is available.

Required Skills: Technical bachelors degree (EE preferred) with demonstrated experience in creating and documenting... end-to-end test integration engineering processes and a test certification program. Knowledge of test integration engineering as applied to space based electronic systems and analog-digital electronics. Proven knack for, and enjoy uncovering and fixing errors and flaws in the hardware and software. Laboratory experience in test environment and familiarity with test software tools, i.e. Labview.

Pluses: Graduate degree. Current Secret clearance.

General: Technical hands-on leadership of product integration and testing. Recruit, train and manage an engineering staff. Define processes and procedures and lead a team. Proposal support as needed.
