Seeking strong developers for a project several years in length.
--- 5+ years experience following Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies
--- Experience with Java development technologies (J2EE, XML, HTML, Java Frameworks, including Hibernate & Spring)
--- Technical understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and methodologies
--- Experience with designing and building multi-tier web applications
--- Experience with data modeling, SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle preferred)
--- Experience with WCC (IBM's WebSphere Customer Center) and WebSphere Application Server, a strong plus
--- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
--- Ability to work in a diverse team environment
--- Excellent communication skills
