This organization is growing and the company is expanding into new markets. They are building state of the art patient data base monitoring applications. This position supports existing and will be developing the next generation of Nurse Station Monitoring interface application.
Duties include:
New development of Linux applications using C and C++ and QT GUI - formerly Qtopia Core
The LINUX interface will require some near real time development to set alerts
Full Life Cycle Development in addition to reverse engineering skills
Highly developed debugging and unit testing skills, GDB
Exposure to Waterfall or Agile methodologies is plus.
You will be developing communications interfaces for wireless devices, VLan's, and switches that will notify the attendant nurse of problems.
You will function as a senior developer and be expected to mentor other LINUX developers in the group,
Qualifications:
5 years LINUX development skills using C, C++
You will work in a group of 5 highly skilled developers and be expected to provide significant expertise in QT - GUI or communication protocol development to remote devices, such as pagers other wireless devices or over VLan's.
