Job Description
To perform ICT and Functional tests on assembled circuit boards. To apply electronic theory, principles of electrical circuits, electrical testing procedures, mathematics and other related procedures to test and troubleshoot assemblies to the component level.
Utilize test equipment and fixtures to perform in-circuit and functional test of assembled circuit boards.
Troubleshoot and problem unlayer to component level based on data from tester and bench test equipment.
A qualified candidate will need to be able to work independently, have a solid understanding of Electronic principles and be able to navigate through schematics, wiring diagrams and customer supplied documentation to determine root cause of board failure. May need to perform repair operations.
Basic Requirements
• A minimum of 1 year SAP experience required
• IPC Certification required
• Minimum of 3 months Soldering Experience
• A minimum of an Associates degree in Electronic Discipline or Military Technical Training in Electronics required
Preferred Qualifications
2 or more years of related experience preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with documented precision and quality expectations and/or a team-based work cell is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
