Senior Software Developer for Aptana RadRails
Are you the type of person who:
Wants to kick the pants off of NetBeans Ruby support, thinks TextMate is just a shiny editor and would like to advance the state-of-the-art in Ruby IDE's?
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a phenomenal plug-in tools developer
• Has written significant pieces of functionalities relative to plug-ins
• Has lots of Eclipse plug-in and/or RCP experience
• Loves being a developer who is versatile, fast and strong
• Gets things done

Responsibilities:
• Work on all aspects, including building and extending out Aptana RadRails
Desired Qualifications:
• Strong Java development experience
• Expert knowledge of Eclipse plug-in and/or RCP
• Deep user-centric UI design experience
• Strong experience and domain knowledge with Ruby on Rails
