Service Management Senior Functional Analyst

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Configuration expertise of SAP SM/PM module including:
- Part and Labor Confirmation Processes
- RRB & Milestone Billings
- Install Base Concepts
- Serialization
- Deep understanding of SM integration to other SAP modules
- Material and Labor planning
- Warranty & Contracts
- Master Data (Equipments, Functional Locations, Service Orders and Notifications)
- Experience in Field Service

Solid knowledge in the following SAP generic areas:
- SAP role based security
- BDC session management
- Batch jobs
- Overall SAP landscape understanding
- SAP Transport system
- Interface setup between SAP and other systems/applications
- Working ABAP knowledge is a plus

Qualifications / Experience:
- 7+ years of SAP SM experience with at least 2 full cycle SAP projects
- Excellent SM business process knowledge
- Strong communication skill
- Project Management Skills is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree
