We have been retained by one of our clients to hire a Integration Programmer Analyst with HL7 Interface experience for the Schaumburg or Zion, IL area (suburbs of Chicago). This client is driven by a vision to be the worldwide leader within the field and is on the leading edge of cancer treatment and has been for over 20 years. This is contract, contract-to-hire or a full-time, permanent opportunity.
Description:
The Integration Programmer Analyst position will focus on the Sunrise Clinical Manager v4.5 implementation and ongoing support. The duties of the Integration Programmer/Analyst include coding standard and non-standard HL/7 interfaces and file transfers through an interface engine product. Also uses tools provided by vendors for error recovery to support proprietary point-to-point interfaces. Recommends optimum methodologies for file transfers between internal and external sources.
Requirements:
• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Specific experience and skills should include an analytical background
• Should possess knowledge of .NET software applications (health care processing)
• Familiar with networking essentials, Windows, Unix operating system, as well as shell scripting
• 5 years experience working with HL7 interfaces and the eLink interface engine preferred.
