SHORT SCOOP: Degreed or 2+ yrs C#, ASP.Net & SQL Server (2005) exp; Visual Studio 2005, BizTalk 2006 & Windows CS exp preferred.
SUMMARY:
The C# Developer implements, maintains, tests, and enhances software applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develops new applications and enhancements to existing applications
* Performs maintenance and repairs existing applications
* Participates in technical design and solutions architecture
* Writes technical design documentation
* Implements and unit tests software modules
* Supports engineering computing environment and tool set as necessary
* Helps develop technical specifications from business requirements
* Refines requirements as needed, based on exp
* Works closely with senior developers and other project members
* Solves problems of considerable scope and complexity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in CS, related field, or equivalent exp
* 2+ yrs exp with C#, ASP.Net, and SQL Server (2005) database development
* Current knowledge/exp or ability to rapidly learn Visual Studio 2005, BizTalk 2006, and WCS preferred
* Ability to applies basic software engineering principles, theories, and concepts
* Familiarity with basic software algorithms and terminology
* Ability to stay focused and detail-oriented in a fast-paced dynamic environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
