They are looking for Junior and Senior Level Java(J2EE) developers with a strong knowledge of OOP and Web Services to show America what the Internet can do. Other technolgies used but not required in this job are:

the projects you will do this include maximizing scalability, load balancing, web clustering, fault tolerance.
