We have a long term contract for a strong J2EE Team lead.
Atleast 4 years of Team lead skills ( verifiable)with 5 + years in Java /J2EE projects is Mandatory!!
Additional skills - Weblogic, MQ series, Documentum or sharepoint
ITIL skills will be a big plus!!
Candidate must have experience managing onsite and offshore teams.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential.
Interviews will consist of phone screen followed by in-person.
