The main objective is to provide a centralized regional function for many of the operational tasks within the Services Organization. This will involve support the Regional Services Manager's in their delivery execution and add efficiency to the day to day operations.
Daily responsibilities will include:
? Manage region wide allocation/scheduling of internal and external resources to deliver on:
l consulting projects
l training courses
l internal projects and personal development
? Ensuring accurate visibility into all available resources (internal staff as well as external parties/contractors) with additional relevant info (skills, contractor rates etc)
? Manage and optimize allocation in collaboration with the appropriate RSM and in consideration to various aspects (required skills, importance of customer/project, increased utilization, rate of consultants/instructors, travel & cost efficiency) that impact profitability and employee retention
? Manage changes in schedule and ensure strong communication channels with all parties involved
? Support for contractor management and sourcing of external resources.
? Provide project management support to the RSM to ensure project requirements are completed for maximum revenue recognition on a monthly basis.
? The day-to-day leadership of the Regional Services Operations Coordinator(s).
? Associated processes and systems will need to be reviewed and where appropriate, developed further to ensure global consistency and improved efficiencies within the regions.
This role requires close cooperation with the Regional Services Managers who have direct people manager responsibility for Consultants/Instructors/Solution Architects and will maintain the relationship to contractors/partner companies at a regional level. This role will involve close collaboration with peers in other Geo´s to staff projects.
The longer term objective of this role will be as part of the design and implementation of process improvements to maximize automated work flows and improve the effectiveness of the Services organization.
