Resource Associates has an immediate contract opening for a Senior Utility Billing System Test Analyst for an opportunity in Las Vegas. You will be responsible for leading the day-in-the-life testing elements for the Customer Care and Billing (CCB) System Conversion from PeopleSoft-ERM 8.8 to Oracle Customer Care and Billing V 2.2. These tests include, but are not limited to: Parallel Bill Processing, Daily Batch Processing, HiLo Processing, Rate Proration, Near Meter Reads, Financial Reporting, and Overpayment Service Agreement (SA) Functionality.

To be considered for this position you must have the following background and experience:

*An intimate knowledge of one or more of the Oracle/SPL Worldgroup CIS products* functionality, preferably Customer Care and Billing (CCB).
oMust include configuration database table-level knowledge, particularly for Financial Transactions and Bill Segments
*5+ years experience testing enterprise software systems and/or consulting assignments as a test team member
*Business analysis experience and ability to interpret business requirements and generate corresponding system design documents
*Ability and experience working and communicating effectively with both business management and business subject matter experts as well as technical staff
*Parallel billing testing experience and billing accuracy metrics understanding
*Intermediate to advanced MS Access database knowledge
*Advanced SQL querying knowledge, used in at least one project with Oracle/SPL CIS
*Testing methodology experience
*4+ year university degree * or equivalent work experience
