Major Duties
Develop and maintain Business Process Orchestration flows utilizing IBM's WebSphere Process Server

Analyzes user and business requirements; determines appropriate technical approach and develops implementation specifications.

Serve as an advisor and mentor on project teams

Will be a member of our Center of Excellence System Integration team

Technical Skills

Minimum 2+ years of professional IT experience in a large organization with complex, multi-tiered technical solutions, including hosted environments, mainframes, and mid-range platforms;

Required

In depth technical knowledge of application architectures on mainframe, mid-range and Windows

Ability to read and write architecture and design documentation and be able to communicate effectively with development, management and architecture level positions

Experience with middleware/application integration products such as MQ Series, Websphere Application Server, Websphere Message Broker

Position also requires hands-on development experience with technologies such as J2EE, EJB, JMS, JDBC, XML tools etc. Experience must include design and implementation of large distributed systems

Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

Ability to lead others in collaborative team efforts

Strong analytical skills

Knowledge of BPEL

Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

Knowledge of relational databases

Desirable

Experience with J2EE architecture

Experience with zLinux

Experience building applications using Websphere Process Server (WPS) and WebSphere Integration Developer (WID)

Knowledge of hardware infrastructure and networking

Previous healthcare experience a plus
