Due to our fast- paced success and growth in 2007, Asocia Group is expanding and looking for a seasoned ERP Recruiters to join our Asocia Information Technology Staffing Division in our San Francisco office.
Responsibilities include:
Candidate Sourcing
Qualification Screening
Skills Assessment
Internal Candidate Interviews
Database Management- Company Applicant Tracking System
Interview Scheduling
Maintaining relationships with candidates
Maintaining Job Boards - Posting Jobs
Networking effectively to source candidates and develop relationships
Daily tracking of pipelines, interview schedules, etc.
Support Account Managers to efficiently provide qualified candidates
Provide qualified candidates within defined time lines
Requirements:
4+ years experience in IT recruiting/staffing/consulting
Experience in ERP recruiting and in-depth understanding of ERP applications/technology (Specific experience in ERP: Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft)
Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to detail and providing quality results
Ability to work under time guidelines- provide qualified candidates efficiently
PC proficiency in MS Office required - experience with various ATS highly preferred
Exceptional network skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships with candidates
Professional manner and attitude
Strong communication skills
Excellent time management skills
It is essential that the recruiter be able to successfully interface with candidates, qualify and close the potential hire, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Possessing a strong work ethic, ambitious nature and a positive, upbeat attitude are musts. The recruiter must be team-oriented and be able to work in a deadline driven environment.
