The SAP HR Application Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SAP Time Management module. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HCM application solutions. This consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role.
As a Senior Consultant, s/he performs the majority of the engagement work as defined by the client contract. They lead the delivery of one or more work streams or multiple work products on major portions of large or medium engagements. Experienced senior consultants may lead small engagements autonomously.
Required
* At least 4 years experience in SAP Time Management Consultant
* Readiness to travel Up to 75%; traveling 5 days a week, home on weekends
Preferred
* At least 5 years experience in SAP Time Management Consultant

As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
