Skill-Set:
Create Electronic Laboratory Notebook methods using the Nexxis application development platform from Labtronics. Previous experience with Nexxis is not required.
Applicant should be proficient in Visual Basic 6 (not Dot Net) and SQL/Transact SQL.
PL/SQL, HTML, and Java are additional technical skills that would be beneficial.
Previous experience working with laboratory software is also a plus.
Position entails coding to meet functional requirements using detailed design documents and use cases.
End users will be available for questions on a limited basis for any required clarification.
Oracle Reporting/Querying experience is a strong plus
Experience with Cognos is helpful
