Sr. Embedded Developer
Summary:
The Sr. Embedded Developer has product deliverable responsibility for design, development, and ancillary support of thin-client operating system products and technologies. They will also be responsible for generation and development of new software product offerings as indicated by business unit management.
Responsibilities:
• Perform analysis of application software to determine OS
utilization.
• Performing custom build of Windows OS for an embedded
application and generate appropriate design documentation.
• Candidate will analyze existing design and suggest revisions or
enhancement as necessary.
• Document all design and testing processes as directed by
management in support of government certification programs.
• Candidate will perform post design and deployment engineering
and break fix support as directed.
• Perform Quality Assurance testing at the direction of the PMO or Sr. Embedded Programmer.
Requirements:
• Must be experienced in low-level Windows programming techniques, device drivers, registry manipulation, MS Windows subsystem architecture, MS GINA, etc.
• Ideal candidate should be comfortable with device and application integration on a Windows device class and file level.
