Job Description:
Support role for PepsiCo's Disaster Recovery Team working within guidelines and fulfilling information/report requests.
Job Tasks Administer Business Impact Analysis (BIA) questionnaires to approximately 250 survey respondents.
Follow up with respondents and track status.
Enter respondent BIA results into master database.
Provide weekly update report on BIA rollout and completion status.
Create DR Requirement Reports by executing queries against SQL database to extract data for hardware and system recovery requirements, prioritized and grouped by location, division and platform.
Skill Sets
Expert-level Microsoft EXCEL skills, proficient with PivotTable reports.
Solid experience with EXCEL data Importing and Exporting to a central database.
Must partner with database owner to resolve data inconsistencies.
Solid SQL skills.
Good understanding of IT organizations, server and storage hardware.
Good project management skills.
Ability to plan, organize, report and track survey responses.
Strong human relations skills to interface with managers and team members at all levels within the organization.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field; or the equivalent in education and work experience.
Available to travel periodically.
Participate and assist in coordination of a Disaster Recovery exercise.
