Oracle Financial Reconciliation Analyst

Responsibilities (refer to Statement of Work) in order of importance:

Work on financial management and accounting issues reported by HIGLAS stakeholders
Research, identify and correct all reconciliation differences for Medicare contractors according to schedule
Research financial reconciliation issues raised by CMS or stakeholders
Serve as subject matter expert on HIGLAS financial reconciliation processes.


Basic Skills:

Basic Skill 1 & Yrs Exp: Advanced Oracle Financials (AR, AP, or GL) experience (4 years or more)
Basic Skill 2 & Yrs Exp: Basic understanding of Medicare or healthcare industry (1 years or more)
Basic Skill 3 & Yrs Exp: Advanced understanding of Oracle General Ledger (5 years or more)
Basic Skill 4 & Yrs Exp: Strong customer support skills including writing and communication (3 years or more)
Basic Skill 5 & Yrs Exp: Advanced skills in support Oracle applications in a production environment (4 years or more)
Must be able to work onsite.
Must be able to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.


Preferred Skills / Minimum Yrs:

Preferred Skill 1 & Yrs Exp: Federal government experience (1 years)
