Compensation Specialist

A client of A.C.Coy's is seeking a Compensation Specialist to join them on a fulltime basis, at their Pittsburgh PA corporate office. You as the Compensation Specialist, will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures. You will provide advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation and job evaluation including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs.


If you have a degree, a minimum of 4 years of experience in a corporate compensation role, and have experience with Exempt, Non- Exempt and Executive Compensation's, then this is the position you have been looking for! Salary is up to $90000 with benefits, based on experience.
