RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide technical consulting services to customers.
• Visualize, design, and implement enterprise Data Warehouse architecture needed to deliver effective global Business Intelligence solutions.
• Participate in assessment and realization of Business Intelligence opportunities.
• Implement DW/BI projects.
• Perform quality assurance on all deliverables.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:
• Must have 3+ years hands-on Data Warehouse, ETL or Business Intelligence implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of ETL Tools (Informatica preferred)
• Possess strong BI Tools / Product knowledge (e.g. Cognos, Business Objects, SAS, Hyperion, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and BI applications.
• Strong working knowledge in Data Modeling and Data Architectures; Dimensional Modeling and Relational Data Modeling required.
• Experienced in delivering Business Intelligence solutions (Reporting and Analytics) to the business.
• Working understanding of Ad-hoc, Query-based, and/or OLAP technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows and UNIX server environments.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Customer-focused - deliver what is in the best interest of the user and the business.
