We are looking for SDETs (who isn't? I know, but hear me out.)
These are the things that make it different than your standard SDET role:
I need somebody that automates in his or her sleep. Any video evidence that you could provide of you actually designing automation frameworks while throwing down Zs would be helpful. Automation is HUGE!
I need somebody that is good at DEFINING the best tests to use and DESIGNING them as well. An individual that is not afraid to voice his or her opinions on these matters is key.
I need somebody that is a good mentor. Ever tutor those same kids that made fun of your fancy mathematical formulas and efficient F.O.I.L.ing?
I need somebody with a strong development background. Language doesn't matter (C#, C++ or Java).
You'll be responsible for automation of tools and harness creation for complex front end UI and back-end features. You will definitely be a big picture kind of person.
You'll be working for a well-established company and be able to rake in well-established bonuses, benefits, and perks. (3 weeks of PTO with 10 holidays and 10 sick days to start, options, fun environment, etc.)
