E-commerce organization looking for a Director of DBA Group.
Looking for someone with experience in:
- Providing strategy for the near-future and long-term growth of the DBA organization within the company.
- Technical hands on experience as well.
Experience in:
- Multiple database clusters in a large-scale, 24x7 data environment with transactions rates of more than 1,000 transactions per second
- Management experience with both US and offshore resources
- Manage the development and operation of a large scale, real-time data warehouse including all ETL development and production support
- Manage the replication of database clusters in multiple data centers with bi-directional, high-throughput replication
Be the database evangelist for the company!
Environment:
- Multiple clustered Oracle 10g in Unix and Windows, RMAN
E-commerce experience a hugh plus!
