Job Description:
Work with IT management, Software Architects, and Business SME's to design, and deploy new and enhanced business applications. Support new and existing business applications.

Skills Required:
? Demonstrable working knowledge of UML artifacts including but not limited to:
o Context Diagram
o Activity/Workflow Diagram
o Business Use Cases
? Demonstrable ability to write Software Requirement Specifications
? Proven ability to work with business SME's
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Confidence to make decisions
? Knowledge of data modeling and DW/BI solution design
? Demonstrated knowledge of advanced Project Management involving iterative techniques


Computer Skill Requirements:

? Proven ability to write moderate to complex SQL on SQLServer 2005
? Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Education:
? Bachelor's degree, preferably in C.S. or related field, or equivalent experience


Experience/Desired Qualifications:
? 5+ years of directly-related experience

Certificates/ Licenses:
? PMP desirable but not necessary
