We currently have a great opportunity available for a HEALTH SYSTEMS ANALYST who will ensure the accurate assignment of all Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contract memberships, maintain databases detailing membership and pricing levels and complete audits to ensure accuracy.
In this role the candidate will also oversee the following responsibilities:
* Perform routine contract administration tasks for all GPO national contracts including the Federal Government
* Maintain complete contract files of all national contracts
* Prepare and coordinate to the program
*Audit sales to ensure compliance to the program
* Maintain database to process and track all adds, deletes, and changes to GPO rosters as well as GPO Letters of Participation in order to ensure accurate invoicing and GPO reporting of Administrative Fees
* Perform both margin audits for monitoring profitability and list price audits for economic price adjustments opportunities
* Interact with all levels of the Sales organization relating to GPO membership
* Identify, notify, prepare and submit of new contracting opportunities at the national, regional and local levels
* Assist with preparing offers at both the National and IHN level
* Work with internal operation to gather and analyze technical information, prepare offers according to provided strategy
The successful candidate will possess the following education/experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Marketing or related fields is preferred
* 1-3 years of relevant experience
* Computer skills in Access, Word, Powerpoint and advanced knowledge in Excel
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently with little supervision
