The Aftermarket Division, whose North American Headquarters is located in Broadview, Illinois is a marketing, sales, and distribution group concentrating on automotive and diesel products. The Aftermarket group supplies automotive and diesel products to retailers such as Autozone and Pep Boys, but also through distributors such as Napa and CarQuest. The Aftermarket Division also supplies replacement parts directly to the original equipment manufacturers such as General Motors, Mercedes Benz, etc.
We are seeking to fill the following position for their Automotive Aftermarket Division, which is located in Broadview, IL:
Programmer/Analyst - HR/Payroll SAP R/3 System.
In this position you will perform analysis, design and payroll/Time configuration (including rules and schemas) for the HR/Payroll SAP R/3 system.
Enhance existing functionality to incorporate new and changed requirements
Provide documentation for new and changed functionality and support implementation.
Respond to payroll production issues; diagnose and resolve issue, communicate status and resolution to user.
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent:
In-depth knowledge of HR/Payroll and time
Focus on configuration and functional experience, have completed 4-5 implementations.
Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to engage the user and determine requirements.
Self motivated, self starter, take initiative to learn.
Works well independently and in a team environment.
