Currently Our Client is looking to fill the following permanent position .

There will be an initial telephonic interview followed by a face to face.
Principal Technical Architect
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop team:
• Manage the allocation of right consultants to various projects/assignments
• Plan/identify areas where expertise needs to be developed by the team
• Arrange for training needs of the consultants
Establish technology thought leadership with customers:
• Conduct technical seminars and workshops for customers/prospects
• Seek speaking opportunities in various industry-standard forums
• Presentations to CIOs/CTOs of customer/prospect organizations -- general
Provide sales support:
• Assist BDMs/Account Managers in showcasing technical expertise
• Assist in providing the technical solution for RFI/RFP responses
• Presentations to CIOs/CTOs/Managers of customer/prospect organizations -- specific to the current problems and a technical solution for the same
Provide expertise to undertake and execute consulting assignments that provide technology solutions for customers:
• Enterprise Architecture Definition
• Enterprise Technology Roadmap definition
• Product(s) technical evaluation and recommendation/selection
• Application architecture design
• Develop frameworks for generic application scenarios
Network with various organizational entities:
• Sales force (BDMs) and the Account Managers of the practice unit
• Other technology groups within the organization (for collaboration and knowledge-sharing)
• Delivery units to assist in technical issues
Tech Skills Required:
• Should have knowledge of overall Enterprise architecture direction and goals, including architectural directions of different portfolios of applications
Behavioral Skills:
• Should be strong in conceptualizing and problem solving
• Structured thinking and decision making
• Team leading skills with ability to present to senior management
• Strong verbal and written communication with good expoture to working in a cross cultural environment
