Summary
Reporting to the Enterprise Sales Manager, the Sales Executive -- Enterprise Markets will be responsible for driving enterprise sales activities and revenue generation for our client's Data and IP services. Specifically, this executive will identify, qualify and close new business through a combination of cold calling, leveraging his/her rolodex, following up with existing clients, and cross-selling. This position offers a unique and significant opportunity to build and drive relationships with the rapidly growing pool of multinational corporations (MNCs) expanding and operating across Asia.
The successful candidate must be a proven self-starter. This individual will have strong sales and project management experience (5 years or more), and be able to act independently -- utilizing his/her set of contacts to hit the ground running. Strong experience selling IP, IP/VPN -- MPLS, FR/ATM and IPL as well as associated network solutions is a distinct advantage. The ability to idenitfy, plan and execute complex network migration projects is required.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Achieve revenue and accounts growth targets in line with the U.S. country sales objectives.
• Create and execute deals based on solutions-driven sales approach. Identify and implement critical differentiators so that our client is the obvious choice for partnership or supplier. Identify, qualify, secure, and cultivate new customer accounts and business opportunities.
• Direct sales of products and services to key customer accounts to acquire, expand and develop accounts and provide customer service, e.g.,
? Developing strategic sales plan and large opportunities forecast for key accounts.
? Utilizing ”hunting” techniques to identify new prospects
• Develop and maintain executive level relationships with key accounts so as to understand customers' communication application requirements and develop network solutions catering to their needs.
• Engage proper resources on complex solutions to ensure the appropriate solution is presented to and sold to the customer.
• Manage customer satifaction in both the pre- and post sales environment.
• Day-to-day activities will include: prospecting, developing customer proposals and delivering sales presentations, running sales calls, closing new business, contract negotiations, follow up with customer implementation projects, account life cycle management, etc.
Professional Requirements
The successful candidate possesses 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales and account management in the international IT / cable data telecommunication industry with proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quota. Energetic and aggressive, he/she is also adept with customer-oriented selling at high levels of the prospect's organization. The Sales Executive must also be willing to make large numbers of cold calls to build a client base.
Other requirements include:
• Self-motivated, independent, and posess strong customer relationship building skills with MNC executives and decisions makers.
• Strong presentation, organizational and planning skills and good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to succeed in a multicultural environment.
• Entrepreneurial nature with the passion and drive to succeed in a start up environment. Strong results orientation, aggressive and persistent, sales focus on delivering the numbers.
• Self-driven and highly motivated with ability to operate with little / no supervision.
• Ability to manage, lead and motivate complex negotiations / deals and projects.
• An understanding of the Asia Pacific Telecommunications market.
