Requirements
Total of 6 years experience in IT industry.
Minimum of four years of experience in web design and production
Minimum 2 years experience with enterprise level application development
Experience with FLEX or Lazlo
Demonstrated expertise of Swing or DHTML with JSP, Struts, Tapestry, or some other generated webpage programming with AJAX a plus
Demonstrated expertise of Javascript or ActionScript
Demonstrated expertise of XHTML and CSS
Demonstrated expertise of OOP principals
Excellent understanding of user-centered design methodology and usability testing
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
Ability to communicate abstract design ideas clearly using storyboards, wire frames, and flowcharts
Flash experience is a plus
Java or C++ experience a plus
