We are looking for US Citizen for this posting.
Innovar Group has a need for a Software Engineer for a valued client in Longmont, Colorado. This is a contract to hire opportunity.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Minimum 5 years of Java experience • Minimum 2 years Application Server experience using one or more of the following: Oracle Application Server, JBoss, Geronimo, WebSphere, or WebLogic • Working understanding of SQL • Working understanding of XML • Working understanding of basic Java development environment including CVS, Ant, standard IDEs • Working knowledge of Linux, Solaris or other Unix variant. Basic shell scripting, environment configuration, file system management, package/application management. • Working experience with common OO and J2EE design patterns. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Good understanding of the software development process
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Oracle Spatial and PL/SQL • Experience with JMS • Good understanding of XSLT, XSD, XPath and other relative XML technologies • GIS background and experience • Familiarity with Agile Development
