StepStone is in search of a National Senior Solutions Consultant located anywhere in the Continental United States.
The Senior Solutions Consultant (SSC) is a lead functional/technical business partner of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM). The SSC supports StepStone's business and revenue goals by providing high quality business and product presentations and demonstrations. The SSC will also provide input on the qualification of prospects and play a significant role in the creation of business strategies to secure the win for StepStone.
It is essential for Senior Solutions Consultants to possess breadth and depth of knowledge in the Human Capital Management domain.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the RSM to establish specific account plans and strategies.
- Analyze prospect's requirements and propose the best possible solution.
- Create and deliver demonstrations and presentations.
- Support and Train the RSM in preparing and delivering demonstrations.
- Provide on-going technical support to well-qualified prospects conducting evaluations. This may include training, trouble-shooting, and best-practices consulting.
- Respond to the technical sections of RFI/RFPs as necessary.
- Document and communicate product feedback and new requirements from the field.
- Communicate competitive intelligence from the field.
- Assist in training new Solutions Consultants as part of their on-board process.
- Always remain a committed and unselfish team player.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing and presenting clear and concise product briefings.
- Subject Matter expert in Talent and Performance Management practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of software pre-sales experience.
- Experience with Performance Management, Succession Planning, Recruiting and Compensation Management is a plus.
- B.S. or M.S. degree.
