This position is responsible for the Top Line Growth development and management of a service line within the Client Health Services -- including development and implementation of business and marketing plans for the service line. Responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures and budgets for the service line. Serve as an expert to executives, senior leaders and other healthcare professionals on the service line to develop clinical and service protocols for the system. Creates and maintains strategic linkages with key stakeholders internal and external to Client. Assures the coordination of all service line strategic and tactical planning with the operational management of the service line within the Client system.
Responsible for “top line” revenue growth and market share growth.
Responsible for planning for the entire service line and working across the system to implement the plan.
Ensure consistency of quality and patient experience related to the service line
Aligns physicians (private, employed & faculty) and their related services within the specialty.
Work in collaboration with Care System leadership teams to deliver clinical services in each Care System. Effectively manage within matrix structure where actual services are delivered through the Care Systems and service line executive plans for and provides for quality of services.
Work to extend clinical referral relationships across the state and the Upper Midwest.
Master's Degree such as a MBA or MHA
Prefer clinical background/knowledge
At least 10 years leadership experience in a complex organization including project management, collaborative decision-making, knowledge of healthcare and process skills. Experience leading physicians or multi-disciplinary teams to achieve desired outcomes.
