The GTS PMO provides a wide spectrum of project management and business analysis services while offering strategic solutions to various IT teams within a dynamic global organization. The team is structured on three primary pillars: a keen understanding of our business goals; in-depth project management knowledge including analysis and research; and strong, stable working relationships. The GTS PMO manages projects globally, applying the same adherence to quality regardless of the size of the project.

The business analysts work with the project manager who is ultimately responsible for the successful development of project solutions, working with cross-functional resources (networking, server administration, core communications, end user technology, backup & recovery and storage) to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget according to defined scope, timeline and cost parameters.
In addition to having strong Analytical and Project / Program skills, members of the PMO team should be experienced with large-scale mission critical projects on a global scale.
Job duties and responsibilities include the following:
* Collecting and interpreting data to define customer business specifications
* Gathering data from internal applications
* Creating business requirements for solutions
* Participating in project implementation
* Working with quality teams
* Managing improvement solutions
* Identifying risk and creating strategies to avoid it
Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, responsible, and business professionals. Candidates must have demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive team relationships with a variety of internal and external customers, peers, and management. Candidates must have demonstrated the ability to work independently, make appropriate timely decisions, and implement redirects without undue stress. Candidates must have demonstrated the ability to timely, appropriately, and effectively deal with customer issues and conflict.
The specific knowledge, skills, and experience requirements for this position are:
* Infrastructure business analysis experience
* Experience writing business requirements
* A background in an analytical role
* Experience working on a project team
* Computer proficiency
* Excellent multitasking, prioritizing and communication skills
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills to enhance the quality of presentations and document deliverables.
* Candidate must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software tools (Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio).
* Experience working in an FDA Regulated environment is a Plus
* Novell to Active Directory experience a plus
