Job Summary:
This hands-on contributor will be the HTML / CSS Developer and Implementation Master that Account Managers can rely on to get things in place. You will get a PSD file for the design of a microsite, turn that into HTML and CSS and will setup everything on our platform so that the microsite is fully functional. Within our platform, you will learn how to use our backend tool to create all logic behind each microsite page, such as branching one page to the next, mapping the page to a 3rd party CRM, setting up connectors, and more. You will also make recommendations on how to effectively optimize and streamline the Implementation process and train and manage Development contractors.
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of CSS and HTML
• Ability to quickly learn how to create and setup logic behind microsites and new campaigns utilizing our web application
• Strong attention to detail
• Motivated self-learner, constantly pursuing increased leadership, effectiveness and personal growth
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience working at an online startup company a plus
