MERIDIAN Technology Group seeks a Project Manager JW6796 with a minimum of 7+ years project management experience in a software development environment. Must have project management experience with large CRM installations. Must also have experience with release management in a fast-paced web development environment. Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.), MS Project, MS Visio, MS SharePoint and issue management tools required. Scrum training preferred.
You will be responsible for providing project leadership to a software development team and creating the implementation project plan. You will manage the project plan, resources, tasks and milestones to drive the project to completion. Communicate and coordinate across department boundaries during the entire project live cycle. Resolve project issues while managing expectation and risk. Share information with appropriate internal/external audiences. Guide the project (s) to on time completion within budget with achievement of stated objectives. Lead technical team through relevant phases of the SDLC. Measure progress and maintain project metrics. Continually enhance the SDLC of the technology organization. Determine and communicate cost/benefit and risk/reward trade-offs during entire project cycle. Drive projects across functional teams and effectively deal will levels of the organization. Up to 50% travel will be necessary for the duration of the project. BS or MS degree in Computer Science (preferred).
