Drive and lead development team on global application initiatives.
• Ability to communicate equally well with technical and non-technical personnel
• Must be self-directed and proactive; able to think beyond the immediate problem
• Translate strategy and architectural vision into manageable, step-by-step action plans
• Prioritizes project and work product deliverables with moderate supervision
• Assign project responsibilities to project team members and provides assistance required to ensure successful completion of individual tasks
• Monitor task progress and proactively take actions to resolve any issues
• Develop work plans for small and large project projects with limited supervision
• Participate in the designing and promoting Architecture vision, roadmap and delivery
• Gives guidance and direction to others, and explains what is required for success
• Gets point across in both written and verbal communications
• Promote developer skills to aid both Web Service Software factory and Web Client Software factory.
• Motivate staff to achieve project objectives and promote teamwork
SKILLS >> • Team Leading ability
• Hands on in latest Microsoft Technologies having in depth knowledge on following .
• Windows Communication Foundation - minimum 1 year
• AJAX & JavaScript - Minimum of 3 years.
• XML - minimum of 3 years
• Team Foundation Server
• Exposure to following is a big plus

Telerik Controls
SQL Reporting Services
Windows Workflow Foundation
Visual Studio 2008
