Senior Software Trainer
The Senior Software Trainer will train state of the art dental teams in both their job functions and software use in multiple locations across the country. You will be the training guru in developing and delivering our technical training. You'll need to troubleshoot, when not training, so it's important that you like working with both people and systems.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure Implant Center employees use software effectively
• Make sure user questions and problems are quickly resolved
• Contribute excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Contribute to positive work environment and outcomes as key member of center and ClearChoice team
Qualifications:
• College degree
• Ability for extensive travel
• 1 year or more IT support and/or software training experience
• Advanced communication skills
• Dental or medical knowledge preferred
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Professional dress and appearance
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of software
• Windows XP, Server 2003 and Microsoft Office experience
• Windent experience preferred
