If you are an experienced UNIX Administrator with strong experience in Unix, Sun Solaris 10, Sun Volume Manager, and ECS Manager, this is a dream opportunity to represent a well established organization.
As a Unix Administrator, you will use that prior experience in this role to:
? Research new hardware, software and emerging technologies as required in support of the environment.
? Write, implement and support programs in administrative languages and port them to all required platforms.
? Lead projects, develop plans and accept responsibility for assigned project's timely completion.
? Complete other job-related duties as assigned.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced (5+ years), degreed (BS, AS, AA) Unix Administrator with solid, proven experience. Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding with an administrative language writing scripts and mentoring I/T Personnel. In addition, Sendmail and DNS is a definite plus!
