Technical Musts:

Strong ABAP experience including structured programming, dialog programming, user exits, etc. required.

Experience using object oriented programming including classes, methods, BADIs
IDOC, ALE, Workflow, BAPI experience XI experience
Experience using mySAP.com solutions.
Experience using JavaBeans and ActiveX with SAP.
Systems experience beyond SAP a major plus - emphasis on full lifecycle experience.
Deep business skills/understanding
About the Position:
Walk through Business System Design with the functional team leads and either the development manager or team lead. Provide any knowledge/analysis that could assist in success of the task at hand.
Set time table for Computer System Design deliverable.
Build Computer Systems Design prior to coding beginning.
Set up meetings with development team and functional teams to review design documents to insure accuracy.
Review Computer Systems Design with development team manager/lead.
Set expectations on when product will be completed (estimate)
Responsible for coding of task. ABAP, XI, Sapscript, Smart Forms, Autosys (Job scheduler).
Responsible for working with other teams in order to complete the task. Thorough testing within MDD (Development) and TST (Test region) depending on available data.
Assist functional teams when necessary in the testing efforts.
Develop combined BSD/CSD design documents on all development driven Tasks.
Work with all teams on follow through after development is done and after product is rolled into production.
Required Skills: English communication both written & oral. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously required. Must be self motivated with capability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
