Technical Support Representative
The Technical Support Representative is part of the Customer Support department and their primary focus is to receive customer calls and emails and provide necessary product support in a timely and friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Receiving Customer Calls and Emails
2. Logging all communications in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and creating cases for all newly opened requests
3. Determining if a Customer need is related to product application, software deficiency or product enhancement
4. Reproduce customer situation customer need as required for Product Development department
5. Assisting the customer to satisfactory completion of the need and ultimate case closure
6. Communications to insure Customer interests are satisfied
Qualifications:
- Key attributes for success include a strong technical acumen, attention to detail and excellent telephone manner, as well as good communication skills.
- Technical Skills (preferred): relational database, desktop, network communications, mobile device operation
- Technical Support background is preferred.
- Education: technical degree preferred.
