I am a recruiter with iPlace USA. We are engaged in a search of a IT Portfolio Analyst
The primary objective of this position is to lead technology projects that are aimed at improving the Project Portfolio and Project Execution Excellence within both the Global IT organization and within the clients Innovation and Operating Effectiveness communities. To accomplish this objective, the candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of projects, following IT's GEF framework, and for supporting the technology/process in the post-launch phases. Given the breath and depth of these initiatives, this role will also be responsible for building strong working relationships with R&D teams, Operating Effectiveness Councils, IT associates and IT stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• 4 yr College Degree
• 3-5 yrs of Experience Leading: Cross-functional IT Projects
• MS Office Project Portfolio Server or MS Office Enterprise Project Server a must
• Fundamental Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management and Project Execution Processes
• Business Acumen
• Process Analysis
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
• Financial Acumen
• Data Analysis
• Six Sigma or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification a plus
• PMI or PMP preferred
