Description
? Provide Second Level Support for the Security Services including PKI and PMI applications. Identify and trouble shoot application issues
? Monitor and analyze services to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies and make recommendations for solutions.
? Day to day operation management of centralized key management service and associated cryptographic services to support Public Key Infrastructure for multiple customers
? Provide leadership as a Production Control Analyst and help manage day to day tasks.
? Perform daily application monitoring tasks and identify any problems or potential problems. Ensure all problems are being addressed for resolution as soon as possible.
? Ensure all documentation, including all operational processes procedures and Build Books are kept current and accessible on 'need to know' basis.
? Ensure all processes and procedures are strictly followed and ensure security is not compromised in any of the work.
? Assist in the development and enhancement of tools and process in order to improve the management and support of the environment
Qualifications
• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in IT field, preferably working in Production Control or Application Support.
• Knowledge of PKI, ENTRUST, LDAP
• Competence in Project, Problem and Change Management, with a clear understanding of the customer impact and business requirement.
• Works well under pressure and time constraints and can prioritize competing priorities appropriately
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be a team player.
• Working knowledge in: Iplanet and IIS webserver, IBM AIX, ITDI, ITDS, Entrust PKI (AutoRA, CA, Truepass, etc), Oracle, DB2, Basic Networking Skills, Monitoring tools, HP OpenView, Sun Solaris
• Experience in the ITIL Change, Incident and Problem Management processes
• On call pager support required (24/7 on a rotating basis)
