The Revere Group's Oracle-PeopleSoft Practice Are is looking for an experienced Time and Labor Resource to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- At least 4 years of PeopleSoft T&L experience
- T&L Implementations and/or Upgrade experience
- Must have worked with version 8.9 (any level of 9.0 experience is a plus)
- Experience in doing formal assessments, gathering, analyzing, and documenting the following for T&L:
- Business Requirements,
- Fit/Gap
- Assessment Documentation, etc.
- Must have experience in coming up with Time &Labor Project Time Lines and Resource Estimates
- Expert at configuring complex Time &Labor Rules
- Experienced in creating rules for Unions, Shifts, Day Breaker, California, etc.
- Experience in global rules creation is a plus
- Must be experienced in configuring all the Time & Labor Setup tables:
- TRC
- TRC Program
- TRC Lists
- TL Calendar
- Workgroups
- Rules/Rules Templates/Definitions
- Schedules
- Time Reporting Templates** Punch & Elapsed
- Approval Workflows
- Exception Definition
- TCD configuration (a plus), etc.
- Must have done extensive testing and debugging of Time Administration, Prior Period Adjustments, and other T&L processes, etc.
- Proficient in resolving employee time exception errors, etc.
- Experienced in importing Time Reporting Data from 3rd party systems
- Experienced in entering/processing time through Employee/Manager Self Service pages and Rapid Time Entry; Web Clock Experience (a plus).
- Payroll Interface experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Labor Distribution and Dilution experience is a plus, not requirement
- Absence Management and Leave Accrual experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable presenting in front of clients and user workshops
