* Work with the Ecommerce team to prepare functional specifications from which programs will be written. Design, code, test, debug and document programs.

* Support and troubleshoot Ecommerce applications as required, optimizing performance, resolving production problems, and providing timely follow-up on problem reports.

* Collaborate with marketing to create web pages that deliver a consistent, easy-to-use Customer shopping experience.

* Work in a team structure within and across development, support and infrastructure teams to plan and execute business experience.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

* Associates or Bachelor's degree in computer Science
* 3+ years practical experience in web development (VB.Net, VBScript, ASP.Net, VB, C# or JavaScript)
* Experience in Microsoft SQL Server
* Retail and/or eCommerce Web Development
* Proven track record of prioritizing a heavy workload and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent problem solving skills
* First-rate client-fronting and consultative skills including approachable, diplomatic, adaptable personality
