Required skills include:
· Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into designs satisfying those requirements.
· Ability to analyze and develop application functionality in C# using at a minimum, Visual Studio 2003 and Microsoft .Net framework (1.1).
· Ability to develop, document, and perform prudent and effective test cases.
· Ability to develop effective associated design, user, and operational documentation.
· The ability to develop with SQL server 2005, including stored procedures and TSQL.
· 3 or more years developing C# programs with SQL Server access.
