Job Description
* Understand reporting needs of all lines of business and design reports that provide stakeholders with accurate measurements of their business drivers, specifically as they pertain to the online channel.
* Provide ROI reports for all new initiatives, including pilot programs and online marketing activities
* Research industry trends to provide eBusiness with baseline measurements for existing and new products and services, thereby allowing eBusiness to determine the value of new programs and accurately measure performance against industry norms.
* Facilitate focus groups of Members to gain an understanding of the user requirements as they pertain to the eBusiness channel
* Assist in the implementation of WebTrends SDC tracking and work with an external provider to ensure eBusiness is taking full advantage of existing web analytics software. Provide recommendations for new reports and streamline existing reports to provide best-in-class reporting and analytics.
Qualifications
* 5 years of related experience
* Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or Business Administration with a focus on Statistics
*Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required.
*Strong computer skills required
*Experience using WebTrends an asset.
*Must possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal
*Must be a self-starter
