Role Description -- Maximo Experts
• People with Maximo specialty skills joining Accenture's Industry and Functional Solutions group working with utility industry clients. Key responsibilities may include:
• Assist in defining and reviewing requirements and use cases for the Maximo application
• Help guide and lead build, test and deployment of the Maximo applications configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements
• Validate requirements with the Business Process Owner and/or Business Analyst to ensure the application requirements satisfy the business requirements
• Participate in transitioning the designs to technical designs and/or programmers, and ensure complete understanding of the functional design
• Possess functional knowledge of the Maximo suite of products.
• Identify and raise issues or deviations from designs to team lead
• Create test plan/scripts and expected results for all deliverables
• Execute test plan/scripts and document/verify actual results
• Ability to meet travel requirements (80-100%)
Hiring markets include: Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Atlanta, New York City, and Houston
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 3 years of full life cycle implementation experience with Maximo applications
• Bachelors Degree
Preferred Skills:
• Implementation experience with 2 or more utility companies
• Masters Degree
• Experience with a large professional service organization preferred
Professional Skills:
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
